Who’s to blame and who can fix it?
With the crazy mess in the gulf I keep hearing different sources to blame and different responsible parties. I’d like to know what you guys think. Who is responsible and do you have any ideas on how to fix this?
So apparently I’m too old to listen to popular music?
So I was telling my mom a quote from Jay-Z “get that dirt off your shoulders” because she was letting something bother her. My daughter in the back seat said to me “Jay-Z really?” I said “Yeah can’t I listen to Jay-Z?” She said “Yeah I was just surprised.”
Funny thing is I was listening to Jay-Z before she was even born. I was raised on hip hop and sure I like rock and everything but country too but wow I didn’t think I was that old. I probably would’ve said the same thing to my mom but it took me aback a little bit.

Wrote this on my bedroom wall. I’m sick of the bitching and moaning from people and disengagement in the political process. Instead of defending against the Tea Party dodo brains how about we be proactive and say what the hell we want! Go out, be engaged, speak up, write about it, just do something instead of complaining for Dan’s sake!

My “Y” button hates me
Every once in awhile and in this post I’m surprised it is working my y button stops working, and one of my passwords contains a y so I usually don’t find out until it tells me “Wrong password”. I haven’t had a term paper to write in awhile but this semester with OB/Peds/ Geriatrics and Psych I have quite a few. So wonder how much trouble my Y button will bring me. Maybe I should take it out for dinner?

Well feeling a whole hell of a lot better
since surgery. Go back to class on Thursday. Joy! I’m still confused about my schedule. Hopefully I’ll get it all figured out soon. How is your day going?
Surgery at 8:15am tomorrow
All I ask is that if you pray for me in some fashion don’t tell me about it, studies show when people know they are being prayed for they have an increase in complications. I’m having a tubal ligation, no more babies (I’m so bad at remembering my birth control pills). So I may be out of it for a few days, may not blog, then again I might because I’ll be in bed. Not sure. Feel bad I will be recovering and missing my son’s soccer game on Saturday. But all in all I feel pretty positive although I’ve never gone under general anesthesia. So, what are your plans for the weekend?
