Ramblings of a nursing student

Aptly put if I say so myself.  I am sick of the plutocracy called the United States of Big Corporations.  I’m sick of it, fight the powers that be, poor and middle class unite and take back what was made on our backs yet they reap the reward.  We pay for their fuck ups, yet when they are giving out big bonuses for fucking up and when they are giving out big bonuses because they cooked their books to look like they were doing good, the American people were just asking for a handout, the American people don’t deserve a thing when the banks are doing good but when they fuck up they have their hands out groveling at our feet.  Throw away racial divisions and political divisions now!  Take back the country from those who would take the last penny out of our cold, dead fingers if it meant that villa in France.  Unite for the good of the people who built this country stop letting them psychologically manipulate us into believing the Corporations are the good guys so graciously giving us jobs only to send them oversees and pull the rug out from under us when we’ve given 25+ years of service.  It is time we boycotted every Corporation who sends jobs oversees, who took bailout money because they fucked up, who take out life insurance policies on their employees without the employees’ knowledge, who basically screw with our lives and tell us to take it without any lube.  We are indebted to those who ask us to bail them out, they charge ridiculous interest rates, raise fees so they can send their CEOs on vacation to Hawaii, hide money in Pacific islands, the Caribbean, and Switzerland, use all the loopholes available to get away with paying little taxes,  and then show their share holders how wonderful they are that they stole from you.  Stop buying unessential goods, stop buying things you don’t need, especially on credit.  I liken credit to slavery.  You are a slave to the debt holder maybe for the rest of your life, but enough so that you live your life doing the things you dislike, waking up every morning, going to some job you hate, spending 9 hours or more, don’t get to see your kids, and then 40 years later, you die.  Never able to say you’ve enjoyed your life because you were a slave to the Corporations who have bought the government and psychologically twisted your brain into thinking you need them.  You don’t.  I promise you that you don’t.  They lied to you, you don’t need that expensive handbag to feel good about yourself, you don’t need that $100 pair of sneakers to be worth something in life, you don’t need that $600 cell phone or $2000 stereo system.  You need food, water, clothes, a roof over your head, and the freedom to be happy, not a tool for a Corporation - a nameless, faceless nothing of an ant that they couldn’t care less about stepping on.  Take back your life, take back your country.  It isn’t that Black or White man down the street that is ruining your life, it is the Corporations.  It isn’t the migrant worker who is doing the job you refuse to do, it is the Corporations.  It isn’t that Republican or Democratic person up the road that is ruining your life, it is the Corporations who have duped you into becoming a Consumerist, someone who drools every time the new toy comes out that you have to have.  You don’t. Get over it.
